Owner of a PhD in Business Administration, with emphasis on Organizational Behavior, from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master’s Degree in Sociology of Work from Eastern Michigan University. Teaches Leadership at IAG in the undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral courses. Is the coordinator of the Organization, Labor Relations, and Employability Research Group (NORTE) at PUC-Rio. International board member of the Center for the Advancement of Research Methods and Analysis (CARMA) and the Academy of Management.
