HOW DOES IT WORK?

We’ve adopted a model divided into four stages, each of the Career Center’s services is linked to one of the four stages. These steps are incremental, this means that as the student goes through the steps, they acquire knowledge that adds up, allowing them to make the best choice for their career.

INITIAL KNOWLEDGE

INITIAL KNOWLEDGE

Introduction of the main concepts related to Career, Labor Relations, Economic Sectors, and Professional Practice.

INSTRUMENTAL KNOWLEDGE

INSTRUMENTAL KNOWLEDGE

Acquisition of Self-Knowledge and Information on Career, Professional Profile, Labor Market, Selection, Compensation, Image, Networking, and Organizational Culture.

PLANNING

Definition of the student’s Personal Career Goal and their strategy for achieving that goal, as well as establishing their Intermediate Goals for that same objective.

ACTION

ACTION

Approaching the desired Labor Market actively in search of a Professional Opportunity or the establishment of Networking.

We believe that students become better prepared if they follow the steps sequentially, that is, choose the services linked to each step in the order expected; step 1 to step 4. However, there are no restrictions or prerequisites in the use of these services. We respect the autonomy of our students in making their choices and establishing their professional priorities.

The services provided by the Career Center, combined with the quality training provided in our programs, guides our students closer toward professional success.
