Professional with experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing quality in large companies in the Services sector, with a focus on defining, monitoring, and managing metrics and performance indicators. In academia, he has been a professor in the Business Administration program at PUC-Rio since 1995 and in PUC-Rio’s Graduate Program in Geography since 2024.
