She holds a PhD in Business Administration from PUC-Rio, with an emphasis in Finance; a Master’s Degree in Financial Management from IBMEC; an MBA in Capital Markets from IBMEC; a postgraduate degree in Financial Management from FGV-Rio; and a Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).

She is currently a professor at PUC-Rio, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Capital Markets and Investments, Portfolio Management, Corporate Finance, Business Economics, Managerial and Cost Accounting, Pricing Management, Financial Mathematics, Financial Engineering, and Financial Management. She is also responsible for the academic exchange program of the Department of Business Administration.

She serves as Academic Coordinator of the Project Management Program at the Brazilian Naval War College, the MBA in Finance & Analytics at IAG PUC-Rio, and Petrobras’ Specialization Program in Strategic Supply Chain Management. She has also coordinated Banco do Brasil’s in-company MBA in Real Estate Business.

Her academic research focuses on corporate finance, asset management, real options, and financial marketing.

She has professional experience in corporate and financial planning, Investor Relations, Corporate Governance, and Family Office Management.

Her professional career spans more than twenty years at major organizations, including Jornal O Globo, Embratel, Jornal do Brasil, and Fundação Roberto Marinho.

She was an Associate Professor of Finance at Fucape Business School, where she coordinated MBA programs in Business Management and Project Management, as well as in-company programs for Sicoob and Unimed.

She is a specialist in Personal Finance and Business Valuation, with extensive consulting experience across the retail, food, oil, mining, IT, and electric power sectors. She is also a member of the Fiscal Council of ABRH-RJ.
