Psychologist with a PhD in Psychology from PUC-Rio, where she teaches undergraduate and graduate courses, supervises the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Coordination Office, and serves as Director of the Genesis Institute, PUC-Rio’s business incubator. She coordinated the Impact Entrepreneurship Program, funded by FAPERJ, which aims to foster the creation of socio-environmental impact businesses. She is also an advisor for the Advanced Strategic Management Program at the Brazilian Olympic Institute and provides consulting services to companies on leadership, intrapreneurship, innovation, design thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset.
