A Bachelor of Economics from UFRJ, who earned her Post-graduate degree in Financial Administration from FGV-RJ. She underwent PUC-Rio’s Master of Business Administration course and also earned her doctoral degree in Human Sciences - Education - from PUC-Rio. Thesis theme: Competency Models in Professional Education. She is currently an assistant professor at the Institute of Administration and Management at PUC-Rio. Coordinates undergraduate and graduate courses. Has extensive professional experience working in national and transnational companies. Lecturer, business consultant, has published books and articles. Researches themes related to: organizational settings; governance models; skills development; management of organizational knowledge and skills; learning in organizations.
