Has a doctoral degree in Sociology from IUPERJ (2003), Master’s in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (1994), graduated both in Sociology and Political Science from PUC-Rio (1988). She is currently academic coordinator of the Organization Studies Major, professor of the undergraduate and master's courses in Business Administration at PUC-Rio, and Coordinator of the Human Resource Management MBA at PUC-Rio as well. Member of the ANPAD Scientific Committee of the Academic Division of People Management and Labor Relations, since 2013. She has carried out research and published articles in scientific journals on the following topics: organizational behavior, education, and professional insertion. (As informed by the professor)
