MASTER’S PROGRAM
DURATION
The program has a duration of 24 months, or four academic semesters. During this period, students must complete the required disciplines:
- 03 Preparation courses (00 credits each);
- 07 Required courses (03 credits each);
- 03 Major elective courses (03 credits each);
- 01 free elective course (03 credits each).
In the academic semester immediately after students obtain 33 credits, they must fully dedicate themselves to the preparation of their master’s thesis. The student will then be able to enroll in the ADM 3000 – Master’s Dissertation course.

The program is focused on meeting the objectives of students interested in research activities and in a career in teaching, as well as on allowing them to perform in organizations and business environments.
COURSES
It provides preparation, required, and elective courses covering the four majors.
Preparation: three courses worth zero credits each, to be taken in the summer immediately before the beginning of the program. They will be under the distance tutoring modality and will be evaluated by means of a test applied at the start of term.
Required: seven required courses worth three credits each.
Electives: set of courses corresponding to the four majors: Strategy, Finance, Marketing, and Organizations.
REQUIRED NUMBER OF CREDITS
The Master’s Program requires a minimum total of 33 credits.
