The program is focused on students interested in research activities and a career in teaching, in addition to allowing students to perform in organizations and business environments.
The program is focused on training students to be experts in teaching and doing research on the administrative phenomenon. For this, it is geared towards training teachers and researchers able to effectively advance knowledge in the Business Administration field.
The program emphasizes content and methods chosen specifically to prepare students for high level professional standards. Therefore, it is focused on practicality, seeking to meet the needs of professionals interested in strengthening their academic training and applying it in the business environment.
The program has a duration of 24 months, or four academic semesters. During this period, students take 21 subjects, 02 credits each, and then successfully defend their Master’s Thesis.

The program focuses on specific topics, either deepening the professional’s knowledge of a subject, or leading them to develop new skills that will allow them to perform their current services more efficiently, or even to assume entirely new roles.
The specialization program at the PUC-Rio Business School are ideal for fresh graduates from any program, as well as students still finishing their undergraduate studies, who wish to take their career in the direction of a specific field in business.

With a flexible and diverse curriculum, as well as a humanistic approach, the PUC-Rio undergraduate program in Business Administration is aimed at preparing students for action in any style of organization. Future managers choose, throughout the program, the specific courses that best suit their interests, and address one of the five emphases offered – Strategy, Finance, People and Process Management, Digital Environment Management and Marketing.
With the objective of training professionals capable of applying techniques and tools when making financial decisions for capital market organizations and institutions, as well as preparing entrepreneurs to deal with Fintech ecosystems, most of the TecFin PUC-Rio program content is taught in high standard technological laboratories, using the most modern software applied to finance, financial databases, and interactive education equipment.
The IAG PUC-Rio Research Centers, together with consultants and experienced market professionals, formatted their knowledge into Short-Term Courses 100% online. Specific knowledge for those looking for updates on global content and trends. IAG PUC-Rio Short Courses last up to 60 hours, 30% or more of which are in live format – teachers and students together in videoconference. In addition to promoting networking, the courses are recommended for those looking for agility, cutting-edge knowledge and the quality of PUC-Rio teaching.
